System awareness is the ability to recognize the interconnected systems within and around you, your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and environment, and how they move together as one living experience.

Rather than analyzing or trying to control these systems, you begin by observing them. Through awareness, patterns reveal themselves, perspectives expand, and what once felt complex begins to make sense in a more natural way.
