I guide individuals and organizations in deepening their awareness and relationship with the systems they navigate, both within themselves and in the world around them.

With over 17 years of experience engineering complex broadcast infrastructures, I bring a systems-based lens to everything I do. My work lives at the intersection of structure and awareness, where clarity emerges not through force, but through understanding.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership, allowing me to bridge analytical thinking with a deeper awareness of human experience. This integration shapes how I approach leadership, growth, and transformation, not as something to fix or control, but as something to observe, understand, and relate to more consciously.

As a certified HeartMath Resilience Mentor, I support others in recognizing patterns, expanding perspective, and returning to a more grounded, heart-centered way of being. My approach weaves together reflection, system awareness, and thoughtful inquiry, creating space for insight to arise naturally.

Whether working with individuals or organizations, I focus on what is already present, the patterns, dynamics, and relationships that shape experience. From there, awareness deepens, and new ways of responding begin to emerge.
